Hey, You guys seem pretty good about helping everyone out, so i figure you can help me too. I am a photo assistant, and am a pretty good photographer. I got an Argus/Cosina 704 super 8 movie camera recently. I guess unless you get a really high end one, you can just set your aperture, set your shutter speed and your off... So, this one has a knob on the side that says, Auto, Off, Manual. I am guessing when I put it on auto, it is auto expose, which is fine because i haven't been able to kick down $250 for the light meter I want since i am broke and at college. To anyone... do you think that if i set it to auto, and set the shutter speed, it will just work fine? also, i cant find out how to adjust the aperture manually, when i look through the viewfinder i can see a thing that has a few on it, cant figure out how to move it though??? Any idea or tips would be greatyly appreciated. I am planning to use this for some intro shots for a skateboarding video.

I started off with this camera! It's a really good camera by the way.

Set the aperture to manual, and set the shutter speed, and bingo! You're ready to film!

If you do manual, you turn the knob away from you and look through the viewfinder. In the top left corner, you can see the aperture settings as you turn the knob.

Just incase if you're wondering, the black key on the top is for the 85 filter.

    Good luck!

    Jeffery
